Looking for an experienced barista who can run a small workstation solo most of the time for 3-4 days a week. Will be able to manage the quality and consistency of delivering tasty coffee even in busy periods.
The cafe is situated inside a bike showroom that has a big community of cyclists that make up a large part of the customer base. An interest an knowledge of cycling would be a plus but not necessary at all.
