The De Beauvoir Deli is a gourmet shop and takeaway with a reputation for excellent coffee, serving around 60kg of Monmouth espresso per week, using a Mahlkonig E80 and 3 group La Marzocco Linea.
We are looking for a friendly and experienced barista who is confident in all aspects of coffee preparation, including dialing in, making high volumes of drinks, latte art, and serving customers when necessary.
We stock a wide range of specialty foods, from artisan cheeses and charcuterie, to wines and spirits. The role will appeal to someone who is interested to learn more about the produce we stock, with expert training provided.
Barista shifts are 7-3 over 5 shifts including weekends.
