ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- CARAVAN COFFEE ROASTERS

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team and play a vital role in retaining and nurturing our valued accounts.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and retaining our accounts across various establishments in the UK and Ireland. Your role will encompass community management within the coffee industry, assisting in hosting events, and actively engaging with our customers. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to meticulously uphold our ‘Caravan of Love’ Account Management standards driving the sales & brand love for Caravan Coffee Roasters.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Maintain regular communication via phone, email & in person with existing accounts, delivering account management that upholds our ‘Caravan of Love’ standards, ensuring coffee, marketing collateral, training and machine management standards are upheld. You’ll be out and about! With 4 days in the field per week visiting around 8 customers a day, so keeping on the ball with the use of our field sales tracking software Bowimi and CRM systems is imperative.
As an autonomous, self-starter you’ll be target and tracking-minded, managing your time to hit KPIs and support the BDMs with their field sales execution plans to hit the channel sales targets.
You’re also our eyes and ears on the ground, helping the team with the hustle and showing your ‘no boundaries mindset’ by feeding in new leads and ideas you see opportunities for Caravan in the field to the BDM team.
Community Management
We love to share a little ‘Caravan of Love’ in the coffee community, and you’ll be a key player in executing our engagement strategy through various channels, including social media, emails and newsletters.
You’ll live by our ’all welcome’ way, acting as a brand ambassador, representing our values and promoting our products at events whilst engaging with attendees, answering questions about our products, and collecting feedback to improve future events. Collaborate with the Business Development team to plan and execute events aimed at promoting our brand.
you’ll be a key player in the organization of events, working alongside our marketing team to assist in coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and ensuring the smooth running of events.
