Winterspring is a young, fast growing company that already has been awarded with several danish and international awards for our ice creams, sorbets and unique dessert boxes. This winter we are opening our first dessert bar and shop in the heart of Copenhagen. The dessert bar is a unique place and experience for people seeking something more personal than luxury, which will attract locals and international customers with a strong love and care for exquisite desserts. We get our coffee from Coffee Collective and teas from Rare Tea Company.
