A locally owned, fairly new company with a take - away style coffee bar located in the heart of central Austin, Tx. You can find us located off 12th street by the busy Lamar Blvd and West Avenue. We're a shared space positioned inside a smaller boutique style building owned by the infamous No Comply Skate Shop. Our demographic currently resembles the area mainly being students from ACC Rio Grande campus, businessmen/women working in the area and skateboarders from House Park. Our clientele is new and not as diverse as we would like, but it is truly steadily growing week-to-week. We offer our customers great vibes and a full line of espresso based drinks from our own locally roasted beans. We also carry a wide variety of snacks, bottled beverages, teas (hot or iced), oatmeal, bagels, pastries, cookies, and donuts on the weekends. As well, we offer Nitro Cold Brew and Kombucha on tap. Our team is currently operating 9-7 daily, but we plan on expanding our hours to 7-7 Monday - Sunday once we complete our staff.  Our main requirement is passion. If you don't enjoy and want to learn about the current coffee industry this job is not for you. We're a small team trying to expand our coffee knowledge each and every day with our eyes on perfecting the cup as best we can with controlling the variables we do to become a true specialty shop for our great community. If you have interest in learning and expanding your insight in our field this might be a great fit for you. Other than that and being a down to earth and open minded individual no official coffee shop or espresso machine work is necessary. Another thing that might help is having a somewhat flexible schedule. Right now being such a small team you never know what will come up, so that will certain help in the hiring process. As we expand a more firm time frame will be applied to work with and around each of our schedules. Currently offering our new team members $9 an hr plus tips (cash and digital)
