Rosslyn is a collection of three independent speciality coffee shops located within the City of London. We prioritise taking care of our team who do such a good job taking care of our guests. Since our launch in 2018 we have worked closely with the Living Wage Foundation and have spoken in the Houses of Parliament as well as met with the Mayor of London to help encourage other businesses to follow suit.

Listed amongst the best coffee shops in the world by the likes of The Financial Times, Sprudge, National Geographic and Conde Naste, we are still only in the early stages of our growth at Rosslyn and have exciting plans for the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an Internal Recruitment role to join the expanding Head Office team to lead the recruitment of our Team Members which will be key role as we grow, as well as providing invaluable support for the existing shops. This role will look after the entire recruitment process from resourcing, interviewing, arranging trials, offering jobs, on-boarding, completing inductions and ensuring that everyone that looks to work with Rosslyn has a really positive experience. The role doesn’t stop there though – you will approach recruitment holistically, ensuring new team members get a great experience throughout their time at Rosslyn and building strong relationships with Shop Managers to provide the very best support. Previous experience in a similar role would be valuable however isn’t essential so if your experience looks a little different and you think you can bring value, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resourcing

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Create and own a proactive resourcing plan by skills analysis within the business and having strong communication with Ops to best understand their needs
  • Source and engage candidates by utilising appropriate channels to advertise including social media
  • Design, implement and review the assessment process to best evaluate candidates
  • Ensure all candidates have a positive experience when applying

Onboarding

  • Ensure all on-boarding administration is seamless, efficient and compliant
  • Facilitate the induction and training period, seeking feedback on your candidates progression
  • Maintain communication with successful candidates to ensure their positive journey continues

Employee journey

  • Support in maintaining and building our employee experience
  • Support wider HR projects including pay and reward, team communications and social events
  • Seek out, share and action feedback from employees including exit interviews
